Tips for Hotmail and Outlook Mail Users

Hotmail and Outlook Mail users sometimes find that they don't receive their newsletters. To ensure that Hotmail and Outlook deliver all your newsletters, setup your account to recognize Point Lookout.

Just follow the simple procedure below to ensure that you receive every issue of Point Lookout. Hotmail isn't discriminating against Point Lookout, but it is trying to prevent junk mail from reaching you. One of the indicators of junk mail is that it might not be addressed to you specifically — rather, it might be addressed to a distribution list, as newsletters are. Setting your options to recognize Point Lookout tells Hotmail and Outlook that mail from us is not junk mail. Follow these steps:

  1. After you log in, click Options
  2. On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail.
  3. Click Safe Senders.
  4. Type ChetroKetl.com and then click the Plus sign.

If you subscribe to other newsletters, or if you're having some trouble receiving email from other correspondents, you might want to add them to your Safe List while you're at it.

If you ever fail to receive an issue of Point Lookout, ChacoCanyon.com.
